If you have any problems while staying at La Torre Resort, please report them in the first instance to your on site Management Company. The details of this will be included within your final confirmation pack that was sent out to you. The management company will be on site at La Torre so most problems can easily be amended accordingly.
In the event that you have a problem which for various reasons the management company cannot rectify during your stay, then please address these issues with your comments to us on your return home enabling us to investigate the matter. |
